If you’ve ever watched Bill Murray in the classic movie Groundhog Day then you know about old fashioned clocks with flip down numbers.
Yes, it’s been more than 20 years since the movie was released and back then alarm clocks didn’t come with all the flair we have today. Murray was awakened each morning at 6:00 AM on February 2nd with the clock radio playing Sonny and Cher’s I Got You Babe. The clock on the nightstand was the old fashioned flip down number clock.
Now you can relive those glorious days of yesteryear with your very own flip down screensaver clock for the Mac. It’s called Fliqlo and it’s free. Download, install, and setup in the Mac’s System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver.
Settings for the screensaver are the same as for any screensaver and mostly self explanatory. Select Fliqlo from the Screen Saver sidebar list. Set the Start After minutes and you’re mostly good to go.
From then on, when the screensaver comes to the Mac’s screen, you’ll be reminded of Bill Murray waking up to I Got You Babe on a flip down alarm clock radio on Groundhog Day.
