It’s called ‘different strokes for different folks.’
Apple, for all the good they bring to the world of computing devices, isn’t big on multiple flavors. It’s a large company with a surprisingly small line of products. Even Apple’s vaunted Mac OS X doesn’t give us much to customize beyond Desktop wallpaper and the Dock. Here’s a way to add your own personal flavor to os with the Flavours app.
All this clever customization app does is swap out a few colors here and there to give your Mac a decidedly personal look.
A number of attractive themes are included in Flavours, but you can create your own with very little work (and share with others online).
Start with a blank theme to create your own, use a pre-built theme, or, go retro with an updated Aqua-like theme.
Flavours gives you controls over color, texture, fill, stroke, shadow and more with the Theme Editor (though you get dozens to choose from in the package and online).
Finally, there’s an affordable way to make your Mac truly your own.
