How many ways can you upload your digital photos to Flickr? There’s the old fashioned way. Use Safari. Or, use an app that was made to manage your Flickr account. Manage? Flickery makes it easier and faster to upload photos and videos to Flickr. You can also add tags, titles, even descriptions with ease.
If you happen to have a RAW photos, Flickery converts it on the fly to a format that Flickr likes.
Flickery’s interface is pure Mac and mostly self explanatory. Your entire Flickr account is in the left sidebar so you can view and edit photos and movies easier than using Safari.
Setup photos and videos in your Flickr photo stream with sets and groups. Tag items with the built-in tags browser.
Flickery even gives you new ways to search– by text, users, locations, tags.
Because Flickery is a dedicated Mac app, it works faster and easier than trying to manage your Flickr photos in a browser window.
You get full control over favorites and galleries, and you can also use Twitter to announce new photo uploads. The built-in browser gives you a quick, detailed look at each photo, and Flickery is Mac OS X Lion full-screen aware.
After using Flickery you’ll wonder why Flickr doesn’t have a dedicated Mac app. But then you’ll remember that Yahoo! owns Flickr, and it will all make sense.
